Morning workouts start at 4:45 AM with a warm-up and stretching, followed by focused technique and drilling. Each day includes specialized training—Monday focuses on shot recovery and sparring, Wednesday on bottom drills and sparring, and Friday on top breakdowns and live breaking, with speed and agility training to finish the session by 7:00 AM.

    • MON - Troubleshoot / New Technique / Speed & Agility
    • WED - 200-250 lb Wheel Barrow ½ Mile, Hill Sprints NOTE: Taxing on Legs & Mentally Tough
    • FRI - Live Breaking One Another, Critique/Fix, Speed & Agility

Virtual Sessions: Can't make it to the gym? Train from anywhere with our virtual sessions—same quality coaching, no matter the distance.

Travel Sessions: We can come to you! If you're unable to make it to the gym, we offer travel sessions at an additional cost.

From Coach Jeff: Why Garage Crew? 


With 30 years of experience working with athletes across various disciplines—from youth and high school wrestlers to MMA fighters, football players, and world-class competitors—I am passionate about helping athletes of all backgrounds reach their full potential. I’ve coached athletes from JUCO to D1 wrestling, world team members, Bellator and UFC fighters, as well as D1 football players.


At Garage Crew, I focus on athletes who are ready to challenge themselves mentally and physically, whether in individual or group settings. We work on improving speed, agility, strength, and endurance to elevate performance.


In addition to my experience in coaching, I’m also personally invested in health. As a former type 2 diabetic, I lost 75 pounds in the past year by adopting a keto and fasting lifestyle. Now, I’m eager to help adults—especially those with type 2 diabetes—who want to improve their health, get in shape, and eliminate medications. I offer both group and individual training sessions to support your transformation.
