Description
Morning workouts start at 4:45 AM with a warm-up and stretching, followed by focused technique and drilling. Each day includes specialized training—Monday focuses on shot recovery and sparring, Wednesday on bottom drills and sparring, and Friday on top breakdowns and live breaking, with speed and agility training to finish the session by 7:00 AM.

    • FRI - Top Break Down Drills / Turns & Tilts
  • 5:45AM - 
    • MON - Sparing on Feet & 5,4,3,2,1 OR  Bassett Drill
    • WED -  Bottom Sparring
    • FRI - Sparring on Top & Bottom
  • 6:00AM - 
    • MON - Troubleshoot / New Technique / Speed & Agility
    • WED - 200-250 lb Wheel Barrow ½ Mile, Hill Sprints NOTE: Taxing on Legs & Mentally Tough
    • FRI - Live Breaking One Another, Critique/Fix, Speed & Agility
  • 7:AM - PICKUP
